Our story
How SAM4 started
Started with vibration
Founded in Leiden to apply AI to industrial machine data. We built our own sensor system and started with vibration — the established standard for condition monitoring.
Discovered the gap
Vibration sensors need to be mounted on the machine. For submerged pumps, hazardous zones, and remote sites, that’s not possible. 30–40% of critical assets had no monitoring path.
Built ESA from scratch
We developed a system that reads the electrical signature at the motor control cabinet. After years of iteration and field validation, SAM4 launched — covering the assets vibration couldn’t reach.
